CANCELLATIONS & REFUNDS – 24 hours notice is required to change or cancel a booking. Refunds are not available on readings or sessions once completed. Refunds are not available on downloads from the store once purchased. Sessions cancelled with more than 24 hours notice will be refunded, less a £25 (GBP) administrative fee.

PUNCTUALITY – Sessions are charged from the time you have booked the slot and can not run over if you are late, as I will have other clients after you.

DISCLAIMER FOR READINGS – The purpose of a reading is to give guidance and is for entertainment purposes. Readings are not meant to take the place of a counselling session or other medical session and are subject to your own interpretation and judgement. The outcome and accuracy of guidance given during a reading cannot be guaranteed. There are multiple factors involved when a predicted outcome does not come about, including energy shifts, timeline shifts and energy blocks.

*No refunds are available on readings if what I predict does not come true for you. Likewise with healing; if you do not see the change you wish from a healing session, no refunds are available.*
