Information About My Sessions
READINGS
In this session, I tune into you, your soul, your higher self and your spiritual team. I give guidance directly from them to you. This helps to answer your questions and concerns in various areas of your life. We can usually get yes/no answers. We usually receive timings and specifics. I sometimes, but not always, use cards to clarify the intuitive guidance. (The cards I use are linked here).
These readings are not the same as those that I do on YouTube, but more a ‘direct’ communication from your spiritual team and soul to you.
It is useful, but not essential, for you have an idea of what questions you want to ask of your higher self and spiritual team before the session.
MANIFESTING COACHING SESSIONS
A Manifesting coaching session is to help you manifest your goals into reality. In this session we work together. I will help you to clear whatever is in the way to you living your best life. In this session, we will do the following.
1 – Identify your goals.
2 – Identify your blocks to your goals.
3 – We clear the blocks. We reprogram and align you with freedom to succeed in your goals.
4 – We work with your inner being and energy field.
5 – We work with your subconscious mind to eliminate deeply ingrained beliefs that no longer serve you.
6 – We may use a combination of energy clearance and energy alignment. We may undetake chakra clearing, ancestral healing and the use of hypnosis. All this will change your energy and frequency.
7 – We remove limited beliefs, removing blocks and barriers to your goals.
8 – We reset and realign you with freedom to choose your way forward into your best life.
