Information for Booking a Personal Reading

I tune into you, your soul, your higher self and your spiritual team to give guidance directly from them to you, helping to answer your questions and concerns in various areas of your life. We can usually get yes/no answers, timings and specifics. These readings are not the same as those that I do on YouTube. They are a ‘direct’ communication from your spiritual team and soul to you. It is helpful to know in advance what questions you want to ask. Readings are carried out with you, in real time, via Zoom.

RECORDING

Zoom offers you the opportunity to record the session yourself. It will only record on a computer. It will not record on a phone or tablet. I do not record the session for you. If you record on Zoom, you will find the recording in your Zoom cloud. This is in your Zoom account.

Availability. I work with clients between 11 am and 5 pm British time. This is GMT in the winter and GMT+1 or BST in the summer.

Timezones. The time slots shown as available on my booking system will show in your timezone. Please note that if you book your session whilst you are away in a different timezone to your usual one, your session will be in the timezone of where you were when you booked it, so please be mindful of this if you are travelling.

Currency. You book and pay in advance through the automated secure system in GBP. If you do not normally pay in GBP, you may incur currency conversion charges. Please note, the charge shown is in GBP – Great British Pounds. It will be different in your own currency. Please check ‘Google’ currency converter to find how much it is in your currency.

Payment. Payment is by Stripe. Stripe takes all major credit and debit cards. Stripe is completely secure.

Confirmation of your Booking. After you book, you will receive a confirmation email within minutes. It will have the details of your booking. It will also have your Zoom link. Please do add this to your calendar.

Reminders. You will be sent three automated email reminders to ensure you do not forget about your appointment. The first reminder is 7 days before your session. The second is 24 hours before your session, and the third is 1 hour before. This ensures you do not forget. Please do read the information that comes through in the emails. There is important information for you to know.

TERMS & CONDITIONS

Cancellations – There is no option to reschedule if an emergency arises, and you cannot make it, as I am fully booked. This means that there are no further sessions available to be able to move your session. Refunds are available up to 14 days in advance if you cannot attend. There is an admin charge of £50 GBP for cancellations, which covers my fees for refunds.

DISCLAIMER – The purpose of a reading is to give guidance and is for entertainment purposes. Readings are not to replace counselling sessions or medical advice. All sessions are subject to your own interpretation and judgment. The outcome of any session cannot be guaranteed.

It is assumed that by booking a private session that you agree to these terms.
